(Keepers of the Promise)
Jewish Family Learning for K-8 Families
Shomrei Havtacha is a workshop series for Jewish family learning. Group members, made up of parent-child dyads or triads, explore introductions to Jewish values, holidays, and acts-of-loving-kindness (g’milut chasedim) through storytelling, drama, art, poetry, music, movement, and other creative modalities.
The workshop supports an inclusive environment that subscribes to inter- and multi-faith practices and allows families to actively practice the mitzvah (commandment) of studying Torah while fulfilling a thousands-year-old promise to pass that knowledge forward m’dor l’dor (from generation to generation).

• Workshops can be offered weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or for a set period
• Prices, themes, and number of sessions are all negotiable and intended to meet your organization’s needs
• The workshops can function as a series or as standalone sessions
• Group size: 6-10 families (maximum 22 people)
• Duration: 1.5-hrs
• For online sessions: Participants will need access to wi-fi, a web-browser, copy/paste capabilities, blank paper and writing utensils, and various personal art material

Jewish Family Learning for K-6 Families
Osim Chagim Beyachad is family programming based on the Jewish holidays throughout the year. Whether in-person or online, parents and children engage in action explorations and creative play to explore, celebrate, and connect to the holiday through all the senses.
The workshop supports an inclusive environment that subscribes to inter- and multi-faith practices and allows families to actively practice the mitzvah (commandment) of studying Torah while fulfilling a thousands-year-old promise to pass that knowledge forward m’dor l’dor (from generation to generation).
